SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Processing time is separate from the transit time shown for your selected shipping service.

Shipping carriers and delivery estimates
We ship domestic orders using UPS or USPS and may use DHL for international orders. Available carriers and rates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Freak Machine Records.

Shipping addresses
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or short-term rental addresses. If you need to request an address, item, quantity, or size change, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed or shipped.

Tracking, delays, and missing packages
Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. After a package is accepted by the carrier, delays and delivery scans are controlled by that carrier. If a package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier and email us at hello@freakmachinerecords.com so we can help with the available next steps. Carrier claims and replacement eligibility depend on the circumstances of the shipment.

International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country. Customs processing can delay delivery. If a package is not claimed and is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping it again.

Returned packages
If a package is returned to us, we will contact you using the email address on the order. Please reply within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response, the order may be refunded minus the original shipping cost. If the return resulted from an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.
